How to Cut VOB Files to Remove Unwanted Parts
VOB file format is used to store video, audio and subtitle data. The DVD movies are generally stored in this format. Step 1. Load your files

Part 2. How to Deal with VOB Cutting on macOS 10.7 or Later
Step 1. Import files into the program
After opening the program, you need to load your files to the program. To do this, you can either click the Import button on the top right corner of the interface or directly drag your files to the program. All the loaded files will be instantly appear on the main interface.
Step 2. Cut a VOB video into pieces
Next, you need to drag the target file from the Resource Library to the Timeline Panel below. The video and its audio will be displayed in their own tracks. Move the Playback Indicator to the specified place where you want the clip to start or end and then click the Split button above the Timeline Panel.
If you want to cut out a segment anywhere in the middle, you can drag the Playback Indicator to the starting and ending points of the segment and then click Split respectively at these two spots. Delete the unwanted section and you will only get the parts you need.
Step 3. Export the final video
When you are done with cutting a VOB movie, you can click the Output button on the top of the interface and select a suitable way to output it. You are allowed to save the video to a local folder with the original format, export it to portable devices and upload it to YouTube from the application.
