Step 1. Add your MOV videos
After installing and running the program, you can directly drag your files from local folder to the program. Alternative, you can also click Import to select your target files. Then you'll see your files show up in the User's Album at once. If you like, you can watch them or take snapshots in the Preview window.
Step 2. Reduce the size of the file
Click Create to pop up the Output window, where you are offered two different ways to get a smaller file.

2. Downgrading video parameters. If you are not willing to convert to another format for smaller size, then you can choose the other way. Note: Please note that lower parameters or change output format will make the video size smaller and decrease the video quality.
