The metadata of a video is vital information that describes things like release date, genre, actors, directors, etc. This information is essential if you want to keep your local videos organized and show online viewers crucial data about the media file. So, with Aimersoft Video Suite, you can edit and add new metadata to your videos, images, and audio. Follow these steps:
Install and run Aimersoft Video Suite on your Windows PC and then click the Fix Media Metadata tab to launch the tool.
Next, press the Browse button beside the Add File textbox to launch File Explorer and add a media file. Remember, you can also add a picture or audio file.
Once the video is added successfully, Aimersoft Video Suite will automatically detect the video name and type. However, you can still change all parameters as follows:
Meanwhile, navigate to the bottom-left corner and enter information like the Release Date, Genre, Content Rating, and Definition. Also, click the Edit sign to personalize the video with an appropriate thumbnail.
Are you satisfied with the metadata you’ve just added? You can crosscheck that and then press Save to process and export the video.
Next, press the Browse button next to the Choose file field to launch Finder and add your audio, video, or image video. In this case, add a video.
After uploading a video successfully, the software will automatically detect the video name and type. Next, choose the Release Date, Genre, Content Rating, and Definition on the fields located on the bottom-right corner. If you’re satisfied with the added metadata information, click Save to process and export the video. It’s that simple!
