Do your guys recommend Audacity to learn audio recording and editing ?

I'm a noob at this whole editing thing so some help would be great! some tips and tricks about Audacity audio recording and editing will be appreciated !

Step1. The first step will be to export the audio file that you would like to transcribe to Audacity.
