Will this program work fine on my iMac, or do I need to upgrade my computer to something a little newer? I need to convert mpg to iMovie and I do find it surprising that iMovie fails to accept one of the most popular video formats, although it does seem like mpg can be pretty cluttered in terms of compression compared to some of the other formats.
